1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1.2 In the Policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to 2Again. When you use our Services, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Policy.
2. DATA CONTROLLER
2.1 Personal data processed in the Services will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Danish Data Protection Agency's current guidelines.

2.4 2Again is the data controller of personal data used in connection with the following activities:
- Creating a user profile
- Use of the Services
- Collecting data about your use of the Services
- Communication between you and 2Again
3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
3.1 2Again only collects the personal data that is necessary for 2Again to provide the best possible service to you, and 2Again will only use your personal data for the purposes described in the Policy.
3.2 User profile – required information
3.2.1 When you create a user profile in the Services, 2Again requires you to register certain mandatory personal data. The data required to create a user profile is: first and last name, gender, date of birth/age, and country.
3.2.2 If you create a user profile using your login credentials for Google, or Facebook, 2Again will have access to your ID number on the social services (unique ID that cannot be used to access your social media profile) and the name with which you have registered.
3.2.3 If you create a user profile using your e-mail address or phone number, the Services will record this personal data.
3.2.4 Also, data about your current location is collected to verify your location in connection with the creation of a user profile.
3.2.5 Two images of your facial profile are stored during the creation for the purposes of verifying you as a person and as a safeguard against the creation of fake profiles. The images are stored on your profile and are not accessible to anyone other than you.
3.2.6 The collection of this personal data is necessary to create a profile in the Services and to fulfil the agreement between you and 2Again regarding your use of the Services. This is done based on point (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation. If you do not wish to provide the mandatory personal data to 2Again, you cannot create a user profile and use the Services.
3.3 User profile - optional information
3.3.1 A variety of optional personal data may be provided in the Services, including information about language, status, religion, hobbies, interests, smoker/non-smoker, children/childless, and more.
3.3.2 The collection of this personal data takes place based on your consent on the basis of point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in the case of sensitive and confidential personal data on the basis of point (a) of Article 9(2).
3.4 Collecting data about your use of the Services
3.4.1 When you use the features of the Services, this generates data about which features you have used, such as how you use them and which devices you use to access the Services.
3.4.2 Usage information
188.8.131.52 When you use the Services, data is generated about your activities, such as how much you use the Services, including when you sign in to the Services, what features you use, what actions you take, what information is shown to you, and your interactions with other users, including which users, you connect and interact with when you've shared information with them, the number of messages you send and receive, whether you want notifications and notifications about activities, sounds, and so on.
184.108.40.206 The collection of this personal data is necessary for technical purposes to keep and maintain your profile in the Services and to fulfil the agreement between you and 2Again regarding your use of the Services. This is done based on point (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
3.4.3 Device information
220.127.116.11 The collection of this personal data is necessary for technical purposes to maintain your profile in the Services, to optimise the user-friendliness and experience of the Services, to prevent misuse, and to be able to fulfil the agreement between you and 2Again regarding your use of the Services. This is based on point (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
3.4.4 Other information about your use of the Services we collect with your consent
18.104.22.168 If you give us permission to do so, we may collect your precise geolocation (elevation and latitude). The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background even when you are not using the Services if you have given us express consent for such collection. If you refuse permission for our collection of your exact geolocation, we will not collect it.
22.214.171.124 We may also, if you give your consent, collect information about your mood icons, data about your preferences, including your wishes for dating preferences, wishes to have people of the same religion shown, people residing in the same country as you, people who have children and so on, what gender you are interested in, data about deposits in your 2Again account and the like.
126.96.36.199 The collection of this personal data takes place based on your consent based on point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in the case of sensitive and confidential personal data based on point (a) of Article 9(2).
188.8.131.52 The Match algorithm in the Services will profile your entered personal data by evaluating your personal preferences and interests as well as geographical position to match your profile with other profiles on the Services so that you receive relevant partner suggestions and can find the best partner for you.

3.6 Communication between you and 2Again
3.6.1 2Again uses your personal data in the Services, including your e-mail address, for sending essential messages and reminders, for example, with information about important technical or legal matters. This is also done via messages in the App or via push notifications.
3.6.2 The collection of this personal data is necessary to fulfil the agreement between you and 2Again regarding your use of the Services. This is done based on point (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
3.7.1 2Again uses your personal data in the Services, including your e-mail address, to send you information about, for example, new functionalities and other material relating to 2Again. This is also done via messages in the App or via push notifications. The sending of marketing-related information occurs if you have given your consent to this in accordance with marketing legislation.
3.7.2 The collection of this personal data is based on a legitimate interest in being able to send you marketing material, cf. point (f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4.1 If you choose to contact us via e-mail or use our contact form on our website, we collect your name and e-mail address as well as other personal information that you provide to us. However, we encourage you not to provide sensitive personal data in writing.
4.2 This personal information is collected in order to provide you with the best and most appropriate support. The basis for processing of the personal data is point (f) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
5. COMMUNICATIONS WITH OTHER USERS OF 2AGAIN
5.1 As a user of our Services, you are the data controller when you send and receive personal data about yourself and others in messages through the Services. 2Again only provides the Services in this regard.
5.2 When sending messages through the Services, you should, to the extent possible, refrain from sending any text containing special categories of personal data ("sensitive personal data") about yourself or others.
5.3 Sensitive personal data is information relating to:
- racial or ethnic origin.
- political, religious, or philosophical beliefs or trade union affiliation,
- processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of identifying a natural person,
- health data, or
- information about a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.
5.4 If you send sensitive personal data or other personal data about persons other than yourself in your messages through the Services, you are responsible for ensuring that you have consent or another legal basis for this.
6. RECIPIENTS/DISCLOSURE OF DATA
6.1 The personal data held by 2Again will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent unless 2Again is obliged to disclose the data in accordance with the legislation or for 2Again to defend itself against or assert legal claims.
6.2 To provide the Services, 2Again uses several data processors, including data processors located outside the EU, with whom we have entered into relevant data processing agreements. Upon request, we can inform you of the data processors in question, and you can obtain a copy of the basis for the transfer in question.
7.1 2Again has implemented appropriate technical, organisational, and physical measures to ensure a level of protection of your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access in accordance with the data protection legislation of Denmark and the EU.
8. RETENTION PERIOD
8.1 2Again will retain your personal data until it is no longer necessary for us to process the data to provide the Services to you, or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of the personal data or delete your profile. In certain situations, it may be difficult to determine the duration of this period. The following retention periods are used in relation to your personal data:
Information related to contact via contact form:
- Stored up to 6 months after the end of the processing of your inquiry.
- 2Again stores your profile information until you delete your user profile with 2Again or until your profile is deleted due to inactivity.
- Upon deletion of your user profile, this will be deleted immediately, but no later than 48 hours after the request for deletion has been received. Upon deletion of your user profile, all data registered on your user profile and associated information that 2Again has collected about you will be deleted or anonymised. After that, the data cannot be recreated.
- If your profile is not actively used for one year, the Services and e-mail, if registered, will be notified 30 days before the annual deadline that the profile is inactive. After the expiry of the deadline of the 30 days, your profile will be deleted.
Information relating to account movements and deposits
- Information about account movements and deposits on your silver and gold coin account is stored for five years for the purposes of accounting legislation.
8.2 If 2Again needs to retain your personal data to protect our legitimate interests, including, for example, in connection with legal disputes, we reserve the right to retain your personal data for a longer period and at a minimum until the legal dispute is settled.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
9.1 You have the right at any time to be informed what personal data 2Again processes about you, for what purpose, where 2Again received your personal data from, and who receives your personal data.
9.2 As a registered user of 2Again, you have access to functionality in the Services, a "GDPR" button, where you can retrieve the personal data that 2Again processes about you. However, this button does not replace your right to request access.
9.3 You have the right to have your personal data rectified if these are incorrect or misleading. You can use your personal profile to correct your personal data at any time.
9.4 In certain cases, you have the right to have your personal data erased if 2Again no longer has a purpose for processing your personal data or if you object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to use the Services, you may delete your personal profile through the Services at any time. All the data registered under your profile will then be deleted or anonymised and will not be able to be recreated.
9.5 In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, for example, if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data collected about you or if you have objected to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests, or if the processing of your personal data is contrary to your consent. In this case, we will only store your personal data until your objection has been assessed. If we lift the restriction of our processing of your personal data, you will be notified in advance.
9.5.1 In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have this data transferred from one data controller to another controller. This right only applies when the processing of your personal data is based on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation or your consent, cf. point (a) of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
9.6 You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. The profiling that 2Again makes in relation to you via the Services is based on your explicit consent, and thus the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, does not apply.
9.7 To the extent that we process your personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done at any time through the features of the Services.
10.1 If you wish to complain about the processing of your personal data, please contact us. 2Again can be contacted via the contact options in section 1.2.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK-2500 Valby or via the Danish Data Protection Agency's website.
11.1 If there is discrepancy between the Danish version of the Policy and the translated version, regardless of which language version, the provisions of the Danish version of the Policy shall prevail.
12.1 2Again may change the Policy at any time and without notice. The latest version is always available under the "Legal" item in the Services.
12.2 You will be notified of changes to the Policy via a notification in the Services, via push notification or chat function. If you do not agree to the changed policy, you can no longer use the Services and 2Again is entitled to delete your profile.
